Refund and Return Policy for Skin Care and Hair Care Products

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on purchased cosmetic products unless there is a product mismatch.

We do not provide replacements unless there is a mismatch with the actual product.

In case of courier damage or a product defect, a compulsory opening video is required for verification. If a mismatch is confirmed, we will promptly replace the product.

All products are guaranteed to be within their expiry date. If you receive an expired product, please share an opening video and notify us immediately for a replacement.
